Seriously, Tony is the best!! Not only did he get my computer to work faster, but he was answering questions that I had about my home computer and told me about different websites he was accessing while fixing my computer. Also, when I called him back because I was missing a file, he got back to me right away and offered a temporary solution because he was on course. When nothing worked, he got right back to me and remotely accessed my computer to try and help. Although the file is still missing, he did manage to recover some documents, so that was better than the alternative.
